ORDERING INFO
You may wish to gather all of your love one's information that will be needed to
complete your order form (such as legal name, date of birth, education, work history,
marriage, children, survivors, etc.).
Please use the Order Form to place your order for all items. Printed order forms
should be completed and faxed toll free to: 1-888-889-5983. You may also type your
information and submit it by regular email to orders@obituaryprogram.com. Be sure
to send your photos as jpg or jpeg and save them under your loved ones first initial
and last name, - followed by a number, (ex. FName01, then FName02).
After receiving your order, we will contact you and send you an email invoice showing
the total of your order, including shipping. Shipping charges are based on weight,
shipping time frame, and destination. Orders that are not scheduled to arrive to
you in one day (by FedEx or UPS), will be sent one or two day air, depending on
date received, day of service, and shipping destination.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Bank Debit Cards.
Please submit orders timely enough to assure designing, proofing by you (a copy will
be sent to you once designed, and printed after your approval).
All orders are prepared in a basic font (Times New Roman, Notebook, Bliss), and highlighted
with a decorative font. Programs are printed on white quality weight card stock,
and have a 1/8 inch white border. Inner pages are printed on 24 lb. Paper. Your
programs will arrive folded and/or stapled, and ready to share with loved ones and
acquaintances.
NOTE: If you would like for us to design your program and send it back to you for
printing at a local source, please call us for pricing.
